In the meantime, they collect monthly servicecosts which they do not explain. How sad is that! Thiefs! Snelder Zijlstra is a thief and does not hesitate to steal. Tjeerd, the owner, is convinced that he is the victim. I feel sorry for them. But please continue stealing in the meantime. Monthly advance service costs are collected without providing accountability. In one word: thief! The answer here from SZ gives a semblance of professionalism and service. Let them dangle... Recently, we were looking for a new location for our office and thought we had found it in one of the buildings rented out through Snelder Zijlstra. We contacted Snelder Zijlstra about the space three times. They never called back. After some insistence, there was finally someone who could provide a little information. This person literally said: 'Sometimes I let the interested party dangle for a while to see if they are serious.' When we apparently got through the dangling phase, we received an 'approximate' rental price and nothing else was known about service costs, finishing, floor plan etc. The building has been available for rent for some time and is still available for rent. You must be a real estate owner trying to rent out your building(s) through this company...

An appointment was made to view a house on Friday, luckily we could reschedule to Tuesday because the house would 'most likely' be sold on Friday. On Tuesday, a very good offer well above the asking price was immediately offered. This would be discussed with the sellers, contact the next day that Thursday’s viewings are going ahead, after which the best bid up to then would be the selling bid. With anticipation, the phone finally rang on Friday, the redeeming word, we thought (as agreed). Instead, a bidding process is set up (discussed on Tuesday that this would NOT happen). We were already so far above the asking price that we didn’t want to play games and left the offer as it was. Today, a call that the house was sold for slightly more than our offer. Very unfortunate, also for the seller of the house. They could have gotten more for their house from us, if that had been discussed with them as they now have received. Worthless communication and not honoring the agreements made. Particularly bad.
