A realtor who is completely not honest! During the viewings, we were repeatedly told that after signing the purchase contract, we would be able to move in “as if tomorrow.” This was one of the reasons to buy it, since my wife was pregnant and we wanted to have everything registered before the birth. Unfortunately, these were just false pretenses. And then afterwards also stubbornly claiming over the phone that he hadn't said that, while beforehand even the desired passing date was communicated via the app. Then the true nature came out, a big liar! Afterwards it turned out that we couldn’t pass quickly either, because the seller still couldn’t register his purchase. While Rob from Prisma told us that the seller’s new home already belonged to him and his grandson lived in it temporarily…. We could write a book about it, but we won't!
