As a purchase broker (Jan '21), the sharp eye of broker Wulfert and his tactical ingenuity, complemented by a well-conceived plan, were decisive for the winning bid (in the current extremely difficult time!). In the two occasions that Dorrestijn real estate handled a sale for us (Oct '20 and Feb '21), the performance of brokers Hermine and Wulfert can be aptly described as; conscientious, transparent and exceptionally well taken care of. I have contacted Mr. and Mrs. Dorrestijn several times. I was led astray. I was given incorrect information, and when I pointed this out, the conversation ended. I do not recommend this office. The property for which I made an offer has been sold to someone else for a lower amount than my bid.
