A good real estate agent really makes a difference! We had our large house for sale with another realtor for 1.5 years who thought they could 'quickly handle' this job. Due to a wrong start and strategy, our house was not sold. Mr. Dorrestijn is a very experienced real estate agent who was enormously involved in the sale of our house. Highly skilled brokers in both buying and selling. Dorrestijn real estate has successfully represented our wishes three times. As a purchase broker (Jan '21), the sharp eye of broker Wulfert and his tactical ingenuity, complemented by a well-conceived plan, were decisive for the winning bid (in the current extremely difficult time!). In the two occasions that Dorrestijn real estate handled a sale for us (Oct '20 and Feb '21), the performance of brokers Hermine and Wulfert can be aptly described as; conscientious, transparent and exceptionally well taken care of. Our buyers were honest and very well informed in both cases. When buying and selling property, we prefer reliable and honest work over a familiar name or 'the largest in the region'. I have contacted Mr. and Mrs. Dorrestijn several times. I was led astray. I was given incorrect information, and when I pointed this out, the conversation ended. I do not recommend this office. The property for which I made an offer has been sold to someone else for a lower amount than my bid.
