Nowhere was there any mention of time pressure in your text to have to do this within a few hours. We are going to request the landlord's declaration etcetera. No problem, we are gathering everything, photos, documents that you want, and so on. My partner works all day, but then I can send everything at the beginning of the evening. End of afternoon: 'Unfortunately, we cannot currently schedule a viewing for you. We have noted your contact details, if there is another possibility, we will still invite you for a viewing. If you have any questions, please let us know. Sincerely,' A despicable and unprofessional company.

Don't go into business with this real estate agency. Everything they say they will do (but don't) you can better do yourself. Agreements and commitments are not honored. And even when you verbally agree to cancel the assignment, they refuse to refund the paid amount (in this case €500,-). If you still want to look for a real estate agent? Choose one of the many others, because this one couldn't be worse. Update following hypocritical response from owner: Why don’t you mention that we contacted you and came to the office for a meeting after not having heard anything for half a year? And that we still didn’t hear anything from you afterwards? And that it was promised that refunding of the €500 was always possible, and now suddenly isn't? And why don’t you want to specify on what basis you believe you incurred these costs? And I haven't even mentioned that your 'unique system' (which every NVM real estate agent uses) doesn't work as promised, as demonstrated multiple times with examples.

I can only say one thing about this real estate agency: Go into business with this great team! What's nice is that they think along well, are always easily accessible and respond quickly to email/questions.
