What a top real estate agency!

Responding to emails is extremely slow, telephone contact is poor and they come across as totally unhelpful. Tried to rent a house, were on a viewing, and then all of a sudden it couldn't be done anymore. Would avoid this real estate agent.

Avoid signing any kind of agreement with these people. As mentioned in another review, one problem is enough to be completely ignored. I even had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back, after contacting them multiple times without response. Professionalism is sorely lacking.

Great batch as long as nothing is wrong and you don't need them. If you try to get in touch for a problem, it simply won't work.

The initial conversation was already changed without consultation with another person. Forwarded objects rarely met our requirements. Even with 1 object, a nasty discussion arose in which insistence was placed on an inspection. Ultimately, it did not lead to further collaboration. When we sent the final message that we had found a new construction project, we didn't even receive a response. If you stop communication like this, you really know what worthless people they are.

Terrible company. Sells a property with enormous hidden defects and then washes its hands of it. During the viewing, I was also blatantly lied to regarding things like the underfloor heating, which supposedly worked. After the purchase, an installer discovered that it wasn't even connected. There are outlets in the house without any wiring behind them. All the electrical work is incorrectly wired. The extractor fan was supposed to be connected; I got this in black and white from the real estate agent. Subsequently, I had to hire someone for it and bear the costs myself. Paperwork for the property, such as the questionnaire and list of assets, were not available. Weeks spent chasing after them to finally receive them a week before the transfer. Apparently, I hadn't purchased the floors along with the kitchen appliances. I’ve never experienced such an unorganized mess when buying a house. I would think very carefully before doing business with them!

Ik heb twee jaar via Vlugwonen gehuurd. Bij het beëindigen van de huur is er een eindinspectie gedaan, waarbij ik geen opmerkingen of meldingen heb gekregen dat er iets niet in orde was. Later is de verhuurder zelf langsgekomen en die vond van alles niet goed. Op dat moment heeft Vlugwonen mij volledig laten zitten. Op mijn mails en telefoontjes werd niet of nauwelijks gereageerd en de keren dat ik wel iemand te pakken kreeg, kwam men met slappe excuses. Ik vind het onacceptabel dat een bemiddelaar die er juist hoort te zijn voor duidelijke communicatie en ondersteuning, op deze manier met huurders omgaat.

Ik heb 2 jaar als student een kamer gehuurd in een studentenhuis. Deze kamer had schimmel en was slecht geïsoleerd. Na tientallen keer bellen en mailen kwam er pas iemand langs en die zou er wat aan doen. Daar gingen maanden overheen en pas nadat ik er zelf weer achteraan ben gegaan, vonden ze het nodig om er weer op terug te komen. Conclusie: ze hebben er niks aan gedaan. Communicatie is bizar slecht en ze hebben me respectloos behandeld. Ze willen alleen maar geld, maar geven niks om de huurder.

Het blijkt dat ons huurhuis bij VlugWonen door de overheid als "illegale woonruimte" wordt beschouwd en we allemaal binnen drie maanden moeten verhuizen. En dan hebben we het nog niet eens over een verhuurder die ik nog nooit heb ontmoet of gezien, een betalingsfactuur met onjuiste informatie en aanhoudende illegale contractkosten. Als tweedejaars internationale student is en blijft dit een vreselijke ervaring. Ze reageren wel redelijk snel op telefoontjes en e-mails, dus dat moet ik ze nageven.

Hebben hele smerige huizen die ze laten zien net alsof ze het niks kan schelen. Communicatie is nul, bellen niet terug, als je zelf belt hoor je dat ze de mails nog moeten doorlezen en je terug wordt gebeld, niet dus. Onproffesionele houding. ( Helaas heb ik na lange tijd inderdaad met een vriend samen een huis bezichtigd en dit was in juni 2023 in Hengelo, tig keren gebeld met jullie, werden verwezen naar honderden mails die gelezen moeten worden en ons geduld en uiteindelijk geen enkele reactie en nergens antwoord op gehad) en dat is in mijn ogen jammer genoeg onproffesioneel.

Scammers. Ze willen onze borg niet terug betalen. Ga hier nooit huren

vriendelijk, reageert snel en ze denken goed mee, maar het contract dat mij werd toegestuurd stonden veel dingen niet goed in beschreven (of onduidelijk). ook stonden er een paar dingen in dat volgens de wet niet mag. na het aankaarten van de problemen in het contract hebben ze de onduidelijkheden opgelost maar de dingen dat volgens de wet niet mocht hebben ze laten staan en wouden ze niet weghalen. kortom een fijn bedrijf maar check hun contracten goed!

Ik vind het een fijne organisatie, ik zelf heb er als huurder een fijne periode gehad. Veel contact met Milou . Aardige dame die ons met bijna alle dingen uit de brand hielp . Ik zou zelf vlug wonen enorm aanraden als u particulier gaat huren . Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en welwillend om te helpen waar ze kunnen !

Hartelijk dank aan Vlug Wonen en Milou! Ik heb twee broers, de ene studeert al een paar jaar in Enschede en de andere is er een paar weken geleden aangekomen. We weten hoe stressvol het kan zijn om in studentensteden een kamer te zoeken, omdat we daar al verschillende ervaringen mee hebben. Naar paar maal afspraak te hebben voor verschillende woning te bezichtigen hebben ze constant redenen om afspraken niet naar te komen, bellen ook niet terug voor agspraak bezichtiging , bel je zelf terug dan werkt diegene van de vorige er opeens niet meer, of bezichtiging opeens vol waardeloos bedrijf

This is the most rude and least customer-friendly brokerage experience we have ever had, and we have been looking for a house for 2 years already. During the viewing, Petra sat back and we were allowed to view the house ourselves. She was very distant and only answered questions that we asked. The day all bids would be in was the day contact would be made with us. That of course did not happen, which is why I had to call myself. Petra was then incredibly rude, and said “I will contact you”. When I asked if she might know when this would be, the answer was “I don’t know, it could be a week because I still have to discuss with the sellers”. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER (!!!) I received a call from Petra saying that our bid had not been accepted. When I asked if we could negotiate, the answer was laughingly “no, the house has already been sold”. A bit strange, since Petra indicated the day before that she had not yet discussed with the sellers. All in all, a brokerage with a smell about it. An absolute no-go! Especially Petra van Werkhoven, appalling treatment of customers, especially in this market! Do not enter into an agreement with this gloomy group.

Real estate agency van Werkhoven sold our house within a week. Petra is enthusiastic, expert and to-the-point. The communication about the bidding process could have been clearer. We consider directness and speed to be the strong points of this real estate agency. We are satisfied with how the entire process went!

Ze heeft alles geregeld. Ik heb alleen een handtekening gezet voor de verkoop. Ik heb haar de opdracht gegeven vanwege de de bekendheid met appartementen in Twente. Ze kent de markt uitstekend en ze is zeer representatief.

Vanaf het begin slechte communicatie, kopers die de makelaar stug en onprofessioneel vonden( de kopers van ons huis vertelden zelfs dat wij als verkoper op de open dag ons huis beter hadden gepromoot). Stickers van te laat kregen we via de post en moesten we zelf plakken.

Ontzettend fijne makelaar die realistische verwachtingen geeft en deze ook weet te realiseren. Ze kan heel goed tactisch onderhandelen en strategie uitzetten. En dat weet ze waar te maken.

I would not recommend this real estate agent, and certainly won’t be selling my house through them in the future. A dishonest game was played here.

So, I came back from a cold fair when I contacted them this morning to inquire about an apartment. Frankly ridiculous how Petra spoke to me. Going into details seems unnecessary to me, because the other reviews on Google speak volumes. I hope that the investors' club that uses this office scratches its head a few times and then takes the hare's path, because if this is the party that represents you, I certainly can’t take them seriously.
