Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

Bad experience. Had an appraisal report made. Not customer friendly, and commenting on your house. You say what you are going to renovate and change in the house is not included in the report. And using references from over 4 years ago. And paying heavily for it. Definitely not recommended...

Pricing was good and it sold quickly. However, buyers were slow and various issues arose. We felt we were moderately informed about this. We constantly had to raise the alarm ourselves. Contact with the office was good, however, we didn't speak much with the realtor themselves. We would appreciate more personal contact, not just email or app communication. It was agreed that there would be no entry costs, but they appeared on the invoice.

Very satisfied with everything, I had to sell my mother's house due to her passing which wasn't easy. I received very good and pleasant guidance and cooperation from both the real estate agent and his colleagues at the office. How funny, the negative reviews that were here have disappeared in recent months! I am very dissatisfied with this realtor. We only saw Sjirk de Jong during the acquisition and never again - everything through subordinates. One positive: my house was sold very well, but that's not particularly difficult in this market. They are sloppy and not proactive (e.g., super slow getting the purchase contract signed, incorrect energy label on Funda, late for the final inspection), often unreachable (Uithuizen office). And to a very critical letter from our side, no formal response was received.

Responded to a house on Funda and requested a viewing, nothing heard for 4 days. In the meantime, I had also had my own house digitally valued via a link they sent. Received a phone call with 'You indicated yesterday that you want to sell your house....'. That's not the approach, I want to buy a house and yes, also sell my own. Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Do call if you want to sell something, don't respond to requests for viewings.

We had to sell our house according to the agent at the first offer, which was far too low, we ultimately accepted a second offer. Drafting the purchase agreement took more than 3 weeks. When we had questions, we were NOT always treated politely. And also regarding the transfer of the central heating lease boiler, when the buyer stopped responding, the agent did absolutely nothing.
