I sent him multiple emails requesting a refund, but he kept dodging providing the documents. I asked him why the deposit was withheld, and he said that he had to pay for cleaning up the trash. Well, excuse me, then why was the house such a mess when we moved in? It’s been almost a year since this happened, but it still irritates me. I have attached screenshots of our conversation on WhatsApp. When I sent him the video I made when I arrived there, and also the video that belongs to this response, he claimed it wasn't true. Then he sent me a screenshot of a video he took of the house in June 2022, showing me the video when he visited. He claimed the photo showed what the house looked like on the day we moved in.
