Very bad experience with this realtor. I was rudely told that he didn't want to schedule a viewing with me because I wanted to do the viewing for my son, who has a busy job and doesn't live nearby. I was astonished..... Never again and definitely not recommended! 21-07-2025 Following the reaction -1 year after date- from this realtor; I think your memory is failing you somewhat... We didn't even get to the point of making an appointment back then. When I indicated that I wanted to do the viewing for my son, you already stated in a rather unpleasant way that you didn't want to schedule a viewing with me because my son couldn't be there himself. Fortunately, we were able to view a very beautiful house shortly after with a realtor who had no problem with it at all. My son bought that property unseen.........

Annoying phone call with this realtor. He didn't want to schedule a viewing because my wife didn't have time and I wanted to come alone. 'That doesn't make sense' he said bluntly. Skips potential buyers because he himself doesn't feel like it. This can therefore turn out very negatively if you put your house for sale through this realtor. Edit 26-07-2025 The reaction was annoying because there was indeed time for a viewing and it could be scheduled. But you only refused after it became clear that I would come alone. Furthermore, I doubt whether you even remember which property we are talking about 1 year after the date. So indicating 25 viewings is also strange.

Heel fijne makelaar met veel oog voor de mens achter het te verkopen huis. Het was een plezier om met hen te werken. minpunt: Wij zijn niet vooraf ingelicht dat een andere makelaar contact met ons zou opnemen. Wij werden 'out of the blue' gebeld door een andere makelaar die de taxatie voor de koper zou komen uitvoeren. pluspunt: Vriendelijke en joviale makelaar met kennis van de markt (huis werd verkocht tegen de prijs die de makelaar had aangegeven).

Bij eerste contact erg rustig, kwam met een duidelijk antwoord op de vraag waarom te kiezen voor deze makelaar. De makelaar had zijn werk vooraf het beste voorbereid en gaf een goede taxatie met een duidelijke strategie, zowel voor de koper als verkoper erg transparant.
