Broeckx real estate agents had a house for sale that my girlfriend and I, as first-time buyers with many plans for the future, were interested in. A viewing was planned (after a super quick response from them). During the viewing, we were given plenty of time and space to look around and ask various questions. Honest answers were provided to these questions. After sleeping on it one night, we started negotiations, and the mediation process towards the selling party went so smoothly that we agreed on the price within 48 hours. Now, two months later, we signed and officially purchased the house. Special shout out to Geert, the selling real estate agent who showed us the house and unfortunately couldn't be present at the final inspection due to a vacation. Broeckx real estate agents will always act in the interest of both the buying and selling party based on their own experience. Truly housing mediators!!!

Recently sold my house through Broekx, Bart helped me well and it was all arranged perfectly.

Awful party! We were interested in a specific property and unfortunately it had already been rented out. This was responded to properly, indicating that the property was rented. However, as we indicated, there was another property that met our wishes. About this, we emailed the relevant broker several times. There was no response to this. Subsequently, we called the company multiple times: the relevant broker was unavailable each time. We were politely spoken to by the receptionist, but each time it was stated that he would call us back. This happened time and again. After trying to reach this person for a week, they informed us that he had broken his arm (at the end of the week). Of course, very unpleasant and understandable that he was unavailable from that moment on, but he had a week to contact us. Then we asked if someone else would be handling the property: another week passed, during which we called the company many times. The same promise again and again. After 2.5 half weeks, we were finally called back by a broker. Our details would have been given to the owners of the rental house. Since there was a lot of interest, the owners would look at who they potentially want to rent their house to. Meanwhile, another 3 weeks have passed (a total of almost 6 weeks) and we still haven't heard anything from Broeckx makelaars. No mention that the property has been rented or anything similar. We heard that Broeckx makelaars has a good reputation, but we didn’t notice any of it! If someone takes the trouble to contact you repeatedly, the least you can do is respond. We were helped fantastically by another real estate agency. We will stay far away from this company in the future.

It's a shame you have to give at least 1 star, they don't even deserve that. During the first visit, everything seems possible, nice talk and a lot (empty) promises.. things are made more beautiful than they are. As soon as there is a signature, the commitment and friendliness of the staff quickly disappear. In addition, the company has the flexibility of a concrete block and doesn't think along with you. If they want something from you, it must be immediate, but vice versa, a long time passes and it takes a lot of effort before you get things arranged or you are simply ignored. What a huge disappointment!

Dear Pinxteren family, Unfortunately, but I will not go along with this. The costs we incurred are for the photographer, blueprints, funda and measurement. You gave your agreement to this in our assignment. Our assignment states that after these activities we work on a no cure no pay basis. That means that all hours we put into it afterwards will not be compensated. In our initial intake meeting I already indicated that the colors were somewhat sensitive and that everyone would not find them beautiful. Specifically, I asked about the attic room and hallway whether you were going to repaint those stains and whether you would do so in a neutral color. You stated that the buyer is going to paint it all anyway and therefore will no longer be done by you. Regarding the other unjustified accusations: 1. errors when creating the brochure and placement on Funda (price, floor forgotten and more) Therefore we work with a concept folder where the seller can react 2. untactically clicking on Funda 'on a busy road', which many people saw and was to our disadvantage You can say what you want, but De Slenk is the entrance road of a residential area and therefore not a quiet road. 3. only placing the sales sign half an hour before closing open house day As announced, our signs are only placed on Saturday. 4. poor placement on Speurders: only 1 photo and truncated text This website is not known to me and has also not been posted by us. I will end this email exchange by saying that I will not accept your proposal. The bill will be paid by you and within the agreed payment term. I indicated in a polite way and through mutual agreement via that previous email that I sensed that cooperation might better be stopped. You subsequently stated that you indeed thought so too.
