Pleasant contact, good advice and guidance, smooth process, we are happy with the help. Hence everywhere thick eights. The price/quality score is slightly lower because I find the %-fee at higher selling prices quite substantial. But that does not detract from the satisfaction.

Had to deal with REBO brokers twice, both times as a selling broker. Aton Zuure and Jeannet Hagesteijn were both very friendly and looking for how 'the parties' could come together. Both ensured that we received the maximum offer. With Jeannet, this led to the desired result: a successful sale/purchase. In the further handling, she was also very helpful, which was nice. Unprofessional, before a property appeared on Funda, I received a message from my real estate agent that the Kleine Geer in Haalderen was coming onto the market. I had requested a viewing with Frans Knorth Makelaar, who told me that the property would appear on Funda a week later and that I would be called as the 1st person. Now 2 weeks later, I see that there has already been a viewing day, without informing me. Worthless and very unprofessional to protect the seller's interests in this way.

The integrity is far to be found with this real estate agent. The truth is manipulated. Agreements are not kept and relevant matters for the buyer are not mentioned. The negative image of real estate agents is maintained by the conduct of Frans Knorth and his colleagues. A nice man with a mask. I quantify this real estate agent as unreliable. You cannot count on him.

Poor real estate agency, as both a buyer and seller I would run far away from here. Don't make verbal agreements with them because they don't keep them and don't respond to emails. Speaks on behalf of parties without prior consultation. Difficult to make clear and concise agreements with them.
