People be warned! Rik Smeets and Roy Lemmers of geWOON real estate are slippery, unreliable and above all very incompetent. On the front end a lot of nice talk and promises but ultimately there is only one “winner”. Fortunately just one with a grocer's mentality in a relatively small world. Locally, business is already drying up due to this among other things. Unfortunately, we discovered this too late, along with probably many other real estate investors. geWOON real estate hopefully won’t last long. They rob international students and Dutch people. They don't pay the deposit on time, 3 months no deposit passed on. They fail to repay the GWE costs on time. They draw up a contract for a year to rent. Then they threaten the tenant if the tenant does not sign the new contract, Bot can get the keys to the property. According to the law, the contract is binding. A lawyer will contact you.

House for rent, responded neatly here as required by the company. The house was already rented, nothing indicated that on the site.. but the communication about this is just a DISASTER! The way they respond is simply unacceptable! If you want to be a good company, you should first go work somewhere else before starting a business! Glad we found out so quickly and didn't proceed any further in this process!

Neatly responded to a rental property, this twice when an email came with several questions: income, family composition etc. Normal in these times, with the last question being whether we have time for a viewing on June 15th. After filling out the questions, I suddenly received an email stating that we don't fit the landlord's profile. When I sent an email asking why we didn't fit, I received no response. Sent it again requesting more information about this, since the ad posted contains no conditions so you don't even have to respond. But again, no response. In these times when people are queuing up to rent a property, they are also acting disgracefully towards people. Because even if you meet all requirements, you still don't fit the profiles. Rental prices scandalous, demands scandalous, fixed contract, good income etc. doesn't matter anymore. Just sad times! because where do you have to comply according to landlords 👍

Brokerage costs of €175 are being requested while they know that it is not allowed. Starting legal proceedings is pointless, and they know that. Just keep going then.

Normally I don't do this, but how you treat tenants has now, for the first time in my life, made me write a review. I've been to several apartments rented by you and the amounts being asked for here are frankly scandalous; even a homeless person wouldn't want to live here. Shame on you.

Rik Smeets understands his profession as a real estate agent excellently. He looks realistically at the property and gives good advice, but leaves the ultimate decision with the (in my case) seller. This ensures a pleasant collaboration. Actions can be taken quickly and switched so that optimal help can be provided in the sale of the property. I was regularly kept informed of all matters concerning the sale of my house, until it was sold. When something was agreed upon, it was also properly followed up. In short, I am very satisfied with the way things went and my house was put on the market professionally, which is why it sold quickly. Hats off!

Gewoon Makelaardij has a rather tasteless way of searching for new homes for sale; by means of death notices, relatives are approached unsolicited when the funeral is barely over. Despite the fact that NVM previously explicitly condemned this practice, Mr. and Mrs. Smeets of geWOON makelaardij continue with it. When I called Mrs. to inquire about the marketing, she initially claimed that the entire neighborhood had been contacted. This is incorrect. When I made it explicitly clear that I knew why the relatives were being approached (death notice in the Limburger), she no longer denied it but blamed it on the marketing department. Quite strange when you are the owner of the office and yourself responsible for the marketing! I stated that I find their approach extremely disrespectful and inappropriate and that I do not understand how they want to work this way. Mrs. had nothing to say, wished me a nice day, and ended the connection. No understanding, no apologies. Unimaginable that people want to run their business in this manner!

Er bestaat geen nulsterrenbeoordeling, anders had ik er 0 gegeven. De slechtste ervaring ooit met een verhuisbedrijf. Contract getekend, alles betaald, verhuizing geregeld (meubels, kleding, enz.) en we gingen naar de afspraak, zoals we eerder met de makelaar (Rik) hadden afgesproken. In het appartement waren 10 mensen aan het werk, maar niets was klaar. 10 dagen later nog steeds geen reactie van het verhuisbedrijf, ze wilden zelfs het transport terug voor mijn spullen niet regelen. Ze zeiden dat ze het appartement met mijn spullen zouden verhuren als ik ze niet meenam... verschrikkelijk
