There is a minus point. When the house was sold on paper, an appraisal report was drawn up for the new owner by an external real estate agent. At that moment, the appraiser wanted to view the house without us knowing. They had received the key from the selling realtor (Kral-Westen). This was not communicated to us. Very sloppy.

Several viewings requested in the past 2 months, responding to nothing. Emails sent asking why they weren't responding, no response to that either. Now, after 2 months, they finally contacted us and asked which properties we were interested in. After mentioning the addresses, they said they had already been sold... That’s not so strange, after 2 months! Although we see on their site and funda that 1 property is still for sale. They told us they often have problems receiving emails, that they end up in spam. If you know that anyway…🤔 It's a shame things went this way but we are not the only ones. A nice housing offer, but we won’t buy anything for it, unfortunately literally.
