Neat, courteous, honest and we were impressed by his knowledge of the property, the complete brochure, the time he took for us. We didn't buy that property but immediately decided that if we put our house up for sale, we would choose Koos. That’s how it went, a nice person, no fuss, skilled and careful. So we have experienced him in two roles and we don't like those quick guys with bluff and sweet talk, Koos is the opposite.
