Unprofessional brokerage firm. Daniel clearly doesn't know how to treat customers properly. If the owner of the property for sale knew how he treated their clients, they would immediately go to another realtor. Hanging up phone calls abruptly, rude and unprofessional. I would advise everyone to go to a different realtor.

I can really relate to Joost's review. A viewing with this real estate agent is very uncomfortable. We were very fond of this property. But even if you have the best offer and are momentarily stunned that you’ve become it, nothing is certain with this real estate agent. Questions arising from emotion are not allowed; sir abruptly ends the conversation and says he no longer has confidence that the sale will go through. Later you receive an email stating they are going ahead with the second bidder!! Structural survey preferably with companies he offers because the rest of the Netherlands doesn't do much in that regard, according to him. He also thinks it’s strange that you have a mortgage advisor from elsewhere in the country!!! (While that person had already taken care of everything as preparation) A very unpleasant feeling remains after this ''almost'' purchase.

Has good knowledge of the market segment but communication did not always go as desired (we noticed this both during our purchase and later during the sale via the same real estate agent). Especially when friction arises again at the end of the sales process, it leaves a nasty aftertaste instead of a positive feeling about the completion.
