After an offer and then a higher offer, I was called by my purchasing agent. Congratulations, the bid has been accepted, the house is yours. Subsequently, everything was set in motion at the bank for financing. Then, after a few days, I was called back. Unfortunately, the party is off; a higher bid came in. Well, I wasn't up for this kind of games, you can figure it out yourself. Everyone is warned. Don’t cheer too early if this broker calls you with the message: congratulations, your offer on our client's property has been accepted. Don't fall for it! Additionally (after response from Reinerie): It's remarkable that Reinerie blames my purchasing agent, but that says everything about this real estate agency.
