Unprofessional brokerage firm. Daniel clearly doesn't know how to treat customers properly. If the owner of the property for sale knew how he treated their clients, they would immediately go to another realtor. Hanging up phone calls abruptly, rude and unprofessional. I would advise everyone to go to a different realtor.

I can really relate to Joost's review. A viewing with this real estate agent is very uncomfortable. We were very fond of this property. But even if you have the best offer and are momentarily stunned that you’ve become it, nothing is certain with this real estate agent. Questions arising from emotion are not allowed; sir abruptly ends the conversation and says he no longer has confidence that the sale will go through. Later you receive an email stating they are going ahead with the second bidder!! Structural survey preferably with companies he offers because the rest of the Netherlands doesn't do much in that regard, according to him. He also thinks it’s strange that you have a mortgage advisor from elsewhere in the country!!! (While that person had already taken care of everything as preparation) A very unpleasant feeling remains after this ''almost'' purchase.

A realtor who only thinks about selling and making money! Very impatient, no understanding or trust for us as buyers, and a lack of understanding regarding arranging matters that take quite some time. It's not easy to consult with him and he tries to get us to sign 'Without reservation of financing' in order to force us, to purchase the property we so dearly wanted to buy, and all that remains is a huge disappointment and no dream home!! The realtor should start working on his social skills.

Daniel Overduin is a difficult broker to deal with, as soon as there are difficult questions he can’t handle himself. During a phone call where these questions were raised, the gentleman became very angry and could no longer cope with the confrontation about the fact that he had excuses for everything. I was rejected because the gentleman simply threw his phone on the hook. I regret having entered into an agreement with him.
