Pakken storingen snel op, fijn gereageerd en goed geregeld!
One star is too many
real worthless service. for months i reported a leak, but they do nothing. the roof keeps leaking, stuff is damaged and they refuse to compensate anything. everything you have to arrange and pay yourself. they want the rent on time, but if something is wrong, they won't help you out. never again via this club. by the way, i still haven't got my money back for the water damage to my belongings.

The phone number doesn't work for tenants, only homeowners or landlords come with DC living to the line. Seems like they think only about profit, right? Just look at the amount of 1 star reviews they have, says enough.
Great desk! I've already rented multiple times from different desks in Groningen, but the service from DC Wonen is great! Good communication, transparency and quick response. They were polite when I asked them for a proof of the previous tenant's move-out (which in the past caused problems when I rented from another desk) and handled everything nicely; thanks Chiem. The only downside was that when replacing the locks in my building I got one key instead of two (which I originally had), which made it a bit more difficult with planned repairs etc.; I couldn't ask a friend to be present without arranging that I could hand over and pick up my only key. That said, it's a very small issue and I would still give 6/5 stars if I could!

My elderly stepfather has been offered an apartment after a few viewings. The price/quality ratio is excellent, there is clear communication about the order of steps to be taken. The handover is outstanding, everything is well documented and contact has also been made with the previous tenant. This allowed some items to be taken over. Very fast boys who treat you like a student. Together with my partner, I have a successful company and am a registered accountant. They then ask for a guarantee from our parents to rent an apartment while we actually make a very high profit every year. It all had to be done quickly too, with an immediate large upfront payment to DC Wonen instead of the landlord?! We got a really weird feeling about it. I would stay far away from here!
We have been working with DC wonen for several years now. From ConstrucD's perspective, we see that many things are possible in consultation with DC-wonen and that DC wonen carefully considers the interests of the tenant. For us, the focus at DC wonen is on boiler maintenance, new installations, and resolving faults. We look forward to the years ahead with good cheer.

Wat een vreselijk makelaarskantoor. Ze reageren helemaal niet op Kamernet. Ik heb misschien wel 15 of meer aanvragen voor verschillende woningen verstuurd en geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Ik heb zelfs meerdere keren gemaild op sommige advertenties en nog steeds geen reactie gekregen. Het is al even gênant om hun website te gebruiken: je reageert op een woning waarin je geïnteresseerd bent en krijgt 3-4 weken later bericht dat deze al verhuurd is. Zin om je tijd en energie te verspillen? Praat dan tegen een muur of neem contact op met DC Wonen!

I would have come to pick up my key on Friday, but I completely forgot. I quickly called the emergency number and even after closing time someone went specially to the office to give me the key. Absolutely TOP!
Drive for an hour and a half, once you've arrived, the realtor goes inside for the key. The realtor comes out, gets into his car, we wait. 30 minutes later he calls that they don't have the key. What and this joke has cost me a lot of money. This really can't be.
Communication between colleagues is poor and fulfilling their own delivery conditions is a minus 0. One person doesn't know what the other does, says, or agrees upon. They don't understand the cases of their clients. Unnecessary high costs as a result, but they take no responsibility for this while it’s due to their actions. They want you to deliver the property in perfect condition yourself while the renovation at handover is very poor or there are defects. A joint solution isn't sought and leave their landlords exposed. You get the feeling that abuse is being made of the fact that everyone with high need is looking for a home. You have to decide within 24 hours and pay an xx amount. Agreements made for takeover are not kept due to poor communication. Various stories of poorly maintained or broken items that take months to fix, leading to even more costs and creating dangerous situations. Is the owner aware of this?

Had very pleasant communication with DC Wonen leading up to the rental of my new studio. They responded quickly to emails and kept all appointments. Thanks to a good handover from the previous resident and DC Wonen's quick action, I was able to pick up the keys for the weekend, earlier than expected. Have experienced them as a pleasant party so far 👍
Calling doesn't work, and they haven't even had the decency to respond via email, despite multiple emails - no response. Strange company. Typically a slumlord.
Actually not a real moving company. They practically ignore you after you've signed the contract. They don't even come to your room to pick up the key when you move out. They expect you to come to them to hand over the key. But more importantly: they shift all responsibility away from themselves after the rooms have been handed over. This leads to students possibly being exploited by dishonest landlords or ending up in rooms in deplorable condition, and the 'moving company' never takes any responsibility or offers any help. Use them only as a last resort.
0 stars. I had a viewing scheduled for 3:10 PM. I rang the doorbell at 3:07, tenant deed open because the landlord was already gone....... Update; From 0 stars to minus 10 stars. After posting this review, I received a VERY unfriendly email, namely; Dear Mr.****, We noticed your Google review with 1 star last weekend. We believe there might have been a better way to address your concerns, but it seems you had already formed your conclusion and didn't feel the need to hear our side of the story. This says a lot about you as a person that you would leave a 1-star review based on this. We are happy to know what kind of person you are beforehand and we are relieved that you do not rent living space from us. We kindly request you to no longer respond to our building on our website.

Contacted through Kamernet with DC Housing, incredibly good communication and very well assisted by the real estate agent, as soon as you respond to a room you usually hear within one day that you have been invited for a viewing. Received a room within 2 weeks in Groningen!
The key handover wasn't pleasant. You pick up the key and figure it out yourself. We’ve never experienced anything like this with a rental property before. The apartment is nice. There is some leakage in the roof, but they said a new roof is coming. Communication was good. That you have to pay a deposit if you want an option on the apartment and don't get it back if you then don’t want the property, we’ve never had that with another landlord.

Unfortunately, when something breaks you can only email, because you are rarely connected by phone. The interaction with the residents is mediocre. Staff are friendly, it's a shame they withhold information about properties and only work with slumlords. Never rent or sell (or lease/sell) anything through this real estate agent because you will be scammed.

Terrible service! When you call, you are immediately redirected to email, promises are not kept, and there's no sense of urgency in my opinion. I sent an email in February regarding maintenance on the house and nothing has been done yet! #verybad
