Sander kwam langs voor een probleem met de afvoer in mijn badkamer. Hij was op tijd, vriendelijk, werkte netjes en loste het probleem snel op. Daarnaast kon hij mijn vragen goed beantwoorden en had hij duidelijk kennis van zaken. Zeer tevreden over de service!

Ik ben nog niet zo lang huurder bij Groningse Panden, maar tot nu toe verliep de communicatie wanneer er iets kapot was en gerepareerd moest worden grotendeels snel en productief. Mijn enige klacht is dat ze weigeren een deurdranger op de voordeur te installeren. Andere huurders zijn helaas erg onattent en slaan de voordeur hard dicht, wat veel lawaai veroorzaakt in mijn appartement en waardoor ik helaas regelmatig 's nachts wakker word.

Unfortunately I have to correct my previous review. A rented parking space was only available weeks after the start of the contract and after repeatedly asking, and the manager is making no attempt to remedy the defects that were identified two and a half months ago during the move, namely a faulty dishwasher.
