I have not been a tenant with Groningse Panden for very long, but so far the communication when something was broken and needed to be repaired has largely been quick and productive. My only complaint is that they refuse to install a door closer on the front door. Unfortunately, other tenants are very inconsiderate and slam the front door hard, causing a lot of noise in my apartment and unfortunately regularly waking me up at night.

A rented parking space was only available weeks after the start of the contract and after repeatedly asking, and the manager is making no attempt to remedy the defects that were identified two and a half months ago during the move, namely a faulty dishwasher.
