Zeer positieve ervaring met Lagro taxateurs. Vriendelijk geholpen vanaf het eerste gesprek en ze waren bovenal erg snel: woensdagmiddag gebeld, donderdagochtend kwamen ze langs, en twee werkdagen later was het gevalideerde taxatierapport binnen. Gedurende het proces hebben we vriendelijk en duidelijk contact (bellen, whatsapp en mail) gehad. Als je opzoek bent naar een snelle en goede taxatie zonder gedoe is Lagro zeker een aanrader.

Ik heb een woning laten taxeren t.b.v. aankoop. Via de website kon ik makkelijk de taxatie aanvragen en dan vervolgens via e-mail de opdracht ondertekenen. Paar dagen later werd ik al gebeld met de mededeling dat de taxatie bijna afgerond was. Met daarnaast nog een vraag of ik bekend was met het feit dat de C.V. ketel op lease was, i.p.v. in eigendom zoals op funda stond. De verkoopmakelaar had mij over dit punt al geinformeerd, maar toch mooi dat de taxateur dit nog even controleerde! Tussen aanvraag en ontvangst van het rapport zat maar 4 werkdagen (6 dagen totaal). Al met al een goede en snelle service, en dat zelfs nog voor een redelijke prijs!

Eind 2016 zijn we begonnen met het zoeken naar een andere woning. Onze eigen woning beviel ons prima, maar een andere, vrijstaande woning met een grotere tuin lokte ons. Omdat we onze huidige woning ook via Lagro hebben gekocht kwamen we weer terecht bij Makelaardij Lagro. Wat ons aanspraak was de vriendelijke en gastvrije houding. Het voelde gelijk goed. En het voordeel van een hypotheekadviseur en makelaar in een bedrijf. De communicatie onderling was efficiënt en correct. Juist de persoonlijke benadering en de deskundigheid gaf ons het gevoel dat het goed zou komen. Zowel de verkoop van ons huis als de aankoop van de andere woning werd goed begeleid. Kortom, een aanrader.
