What an experience: talking to John Schokker feels like being called to the principal's office at school. Short, grumpy and above all: you listen, he doesn’t. No room for questions or input — John prefers to stick to his own monologue. Customer friendliness? It seems as scarce here as parking spaces in the city center. I therefore absolutely do not recommend this real estate agency.

Absolutely terrible service. He rushed to the viewing and immediately had a problem with my English. He only wanted to show me the ground floor. He didn't want to show me the bedrooms upstairs. And while I was upstairs, he invited new visitors in and chased me out of the house. Really bad professionalism.

Bad experience with John Schokker and his team, don't want to waste many words on it, but I won't recommend this man. My advice is simple and short again: look for another real estate agent. One who does listen, who understands the subject matter, who gives value for money.
