Very bad. They tried to find every excuse not to refund my deposit. Rude and unfair.
Incompetent is not the right word to describe this agency. Malicious is more accurate. I don't use this word lightly. These are not people who will do everything they can to get your deposit back. These are people who are willing to place a (by them known) heroin addict with very serious anger issues in a student house to try and force those students out, so that they can rent the property to a family for more money.
Terrible office. No respect, no expertise. Beware of those old geezers.
Very rude and unfriendly, with a lack of knowledge. The two older couples were the worst people I have encountered in the Netherlands. If you are looking for a house, do not contact this agency.
Extremely unfriendly, broker falls short in legal expertise, incorrect knowledge about permits and rental rules
