For signing the purchase contract, we had to travel one and a half hours, while this could have been done digitally afterwards. Moreover, the conversation was conducted by an inexperienced employee who had to consult her colleagues for almost every question. After digitally signing the purchase contract, we received no message, confirmation, or even a congratulations. There were multiple false promises made regarding the start and construction time. Through direct contact with the contractor, we ourselves found out that the construction was five months delayed. The contractor confirmed that this should have been communicated by the real estate agent. The only thing we get back on these points is a single “sorry”.

Recently, a purchasing agent from Pandoma visited my well-maintained apartment together with potential buyers. The agent then came up with an offer that was almost equal to the WOZ value of 2024, without any thorough justification or argumentation as to why this amount would be appropriate, especially considering the condition of the apartment and the market situation. A second bid followed, only a few thousand euros higher. Of course, I did not engage with this. What bothered me most is the communication after this offer. Since my rejection, I have heard nothing more from Pandomo via my sales agent — no response, no feedback, no sign of professional contact. For a party that claims to guide buyers well and take the purchasing process seriously, I find this downright unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would therefore not recommend Pandoma as a purchasing agent, especially due to the lack of transparent communication and serious justification of offers.

Most people complain who have experience with Pandoma brokers. The way they sell Nijestee homes is highly questionable. Let 2 brokers come by and then choose the highest bid. Under the guise that this would be fairer. Filed a complaint with NVM. Find this unacceptable and very distasteful.

We are renting a property from a person who has engaged this company to act as a middleman and handle everything with us, the tenants. In principle fine, until it turns out that this company is incompetent at arranging simple things and keeping appointments. We have a leaking boiler and a broken extractor hood. Since this is a rental property, it is not our problem and should be fixed by Pandomo as soon as possible, in consultation with the owner. We indicated this literally 5 MONTHS AGO and moral of the story; neither has been resolved yet. We constantly have to call ourselves to keep this company on its toes. Because they take absolutely no initiative themselves. If they say they will call you back later in the afternoon or the next day, it doesn't happen. Then it’s the weekend and you wait days again. Only to find out on Monday that they haven't progressed at all. A leaking boiler should be urgent; it is dangerous to shower with it. So every time we have to turn off the electricity at the meter cupboard before showering. And since the extractor hood isn't working, we have to cook with the balcony door open, in WINTER … Pandomo then also hires incompetent companies themselves to look into the problems. I understand the problem better from a few Google searches than they do. They literally hired a one-man painting business to look at the extractor hood. Who then had to get some other friend to check it who supposedly knows something about it. The whole situation is completely ridiculous. Previously, I rented a property from Lefier.
