He took the time to answer all our questions during the viewing, took the time to explain everything in the contract (personally!) to us and wrote a very detailed inspection report on the condition of the house, so that there would be no unexpected problems if we were to move. Rotsvast helped me quickly find a housing, for a nice price. However, when the situation deteriorated, they wanted to help me, but ultimately they chose the real estate agent representing the homeowner. They claimed that they had lowered the costs, but in reality they did not do so and they didn't even bother to check with the owner's real estate agent whether she had lowered the costs. There are many real estate agents in town. Try others first.
