They organized an online viewing for me because I was in my home country, something that other rental companies did not offer. He also measured the dimensions to help me with purchasing furniture from abroad and helped me with signing contracts for gas and electricity. Rotsvast helped me find a home quickly, for a healthy compensation. When things deteriorated, however, they were very eager to offer help, but ultimately chose the side of the real estate agency representing the homeowner. They claimed they were helping to lower costs, but in fact, they didn't even bother to inquire with the owner’s realtor whether she had lowered the costs. There are many agents in town. Try others first.
