As a landlord, very satisfied with Rotsvast Groningen. Now already for the 3rd time quickly found a good tenant for us. Always good contact and short lines with Niels.

I have been living in the Netherlands for a few years and have moved several times already. Looking for a new home can be quite a challenge, as the housing crisis is clearly noticeable here. The process – from searching for a home to actually securing it – is not only time-consuming, but also heavily depends on the real estate agent and their working methods. In other words, it can go any way. My experience is that Rotsvast, and especially Niels and Joep, have made the entire process of finding a new home much friendlier, more efficient, and more professional. They had a lot of understanding for personal circumstances and even handled a last-minute cancellation with great patience, despite my previous guarantee to rent one of their homes. I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful they were during my search – and that care did not stop when I started renting. After I had moved in, I had various questions about the apartment, from renovation details to the rental agreement. They always responded quickly but patiently. And if you have a problem with your home, they come, if possible, within a reasonable timeframe to help you out. On the whole, there are not many agencies that combine professionalism with such an honest friendly and 'human' approach. This quality is rare, and I am very happy that I rent from them.

We had a fantastic experience renting from Niels. He took the time to answer all our questions during the viewing, took the time to explain everything in the contract (personally!) to us and wrote a very detailed inspection report on the condition of the house, so that there would be no unexpected problems if we were to move. I couldn't think of anything he could have done better for us!
