Update: Don't lie!!! I DIDN'T CAUSE ANY DAMAGE! What happened was an accident... AND IT WASN'T MY FAULT! And yet you stole money from me! Moreover, that accident should have been covered by the owner's insurance!! NOT MINE!! It’s a disgrace how tenants are treated in the Netherlands – it’s a real mafia there. And the government is responsible for letting you get away with it... Did you think you would get away with stealing money from my deposit? I hope no Spaniard or foreigner ever rents from you again... If you want to steal, steal from your own Dutch people... Be very careful, Spaniards and foreigners, if you are planning to rent through this real estate agency... They are shameless thieves who will steal a portion of your deposit anyway, with exaggerations or outright fabrications. When they ask you to hand over the apartment 'clean', for them 'clean' means brand new. You should have seen the email they sent me about 'how I had to clean the apartment' – absolutely surreal. But when they gave me the apartment, it wasn’t dirty, but certainly not clean either. Everything was covered in dust and I had to do a lot of cleaning on my first day. I had an issue with a glass panel on the terrace that accidentally broke – something any household insurance would cover. But they refused to let the insurance pay for it and instead deducted the costs from my deposit. If I were you, I would never rent from these scammers. If they want to rob tenants, they should also steal from their fellow Dutch people – do they really think foreigners are crazy? Did you really think robbing someone would be free? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Many people, Spaniards and foreigners, if you are going to rent with this real estate agency... You are a bunch of rogues and thieves who will definitely rob you of part of your deposit, through exaggerations or fabrications. When you hear the loose floor, it's 'clean' that is NEW. It’s the last time I get the email I receive as 'how to clean the apartment'... surrealistic. When they handed me the apartment, it wasn't dirty, but neither was it clean; I have a problem with politics and I know I have to start a lot from the first day. There is a problem with a large terrace that accidentally breaks, but it is also a matter of zest for life, but it’s not intended that I go out into the street and escape my deposit. If you want to earn your money, now alquilaría with these scammers. If you rob a child, then rob your holandeses... Is it possible that the extras are so tonto? Is it an idea to go swimming for free?
Unfortunately, bad experiences with this real estate agent. They fail to hear back from you for a few days after a viewing. When you call, they state that they wait to cancel other candidates until the chosen candidate has passed the screening. I find that you keep people on a string in this way, but apparently it is justifiable in this market. I think it's slightly unsocial.
They have poor to almost no communication with tenants, are difficult to reach, charge too much in service costs, fail to send annual reports and fulfill their task as a property manager. Strongly not recommended!
Chris Rengers is an experienced and skilled broker. Gradually, she proved particularly adept at communication back and forth when the appointments were a little more difficult. A pleasant way of selling for me too. Honest above all. I don't quickly give a full ten, but she’s close to it. I would certainly choose her.

My viewing appointment was canceled on short notice and unexpectedly without a clear reason. When I wanted to introduce myself personally, with all the documents (which they had already received) in my luggage (income statements, proof of identity, CV, etc.), I was resolutely rejected 'because I have two companies abroad'. Ms. Westerdijk behaved arrogantly towards me, showed no interest in my concerns and refused to contact the director. Despite my reliable references and openness about my economic connections, they did not take me seriously. I am active myself in the financial sector and have worked with various brokers, but I have never experienced such arrogance!
