They are shameless thieves who will steal a portion of your deposit at all costs, through exaggerations or outright fabrications. When they ask you to hand over the apartment 'clean', for them 'clean' means it looks brand new. You should see the email they sent me about 'how I had to clean the apartment'. It is truly surreal. When they handed me the apartment, it wasn't dirty, but certainly not clean either. Everything was covered in dust and I had to do a lot of cleaning on my first day. I had a problem with a glass panel on the terrace that broke accidentally, something every household insurance covers. However, they didn’t want the insurance to pay and instead deducted the costs from my deposit. If I were you, I would never rent from these scammers. If they want to steal from tenants, they should also steal from their countrymen. Do they really think foreigners are stupid?
