Be careful, Spaniards and foreigners, if you are planning to rent through this real estate agency... They are shameless thieves who will steal a portion of your deposit at all costs, using exaggerations or outright fabrications. When they ask you to return the apartment 'clean', for them 'clean' means brand new. You should have seen the email they sent me about 'how I had to clean the apartment' – absolutely surreal. But when they gave me the apartment, it wasn’t dirty, but certainly not clean either. Everything was covered in dust and I had to do a lot of cleaning on my first day. I had a problem with a glass panel on the terrace that broke accidentally – something which any home insurance would cover. But they refused to let the insurance pay for this and instead deducted the costs from my deposit. If I were you, I wouldn't rent from these scammers. If they want to rob tenants, they should also rob their fellow Dutch people – do they really think foreigners are stupid? Did you think it would be free to rob me?
