Very bad, unreliable realtor. Poelman is helpful and friendly when making an offer. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, that completely disappeared. When asked if it's normal for a support beam to be provided with an angle profile and propped up with tiles, Poelman simply answers Yes. Further communication can only take place via registered letters. So he lies, therefore be careful and do not enter into business with this realtor.

What an arrogant woman works there, we had a house viewing and she acted as if we wanted to steal something from the house, we absolutely had to start from upstairs and follow her when she wanted, she didn't let us look properly because she had to talk so much you had to listen to her, it seemed like she was hiding something.
