Excellent advice, also the financial department very expert. Very pleasant contact with all staff, thereby also the complete insurance package transferred.

The personal help and attention was very nice. Less pleasant were the errors that turned out to be structural in Move but may be technical in nature. In a stressful period, that is not pleasant.

I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. I was looking for a space and finally found something through them. From the beginning, they asked for all sorts of documents, which I neatly and on time delivered. Every time, I was told that everything was in order and that it looked good, which gave me hope that it would come through. After multiple contacts (every x I had to follow up myself) and promises that it would work out, I eventually heard after 2 months that it wasn't going to proceed. I would have liked more honest and clear communication from the start, instead of constantly getting false hope. Very sorry and frustrating. And in the meantime, I'm a few thousand euros poorer because of this party.

If you are an investor looking for a real estate agent to sell your properties, definitely don't call OOMS Makelaardij. If you call to have 5 homes put up for sale within walking distance of their office, you won't get anywhere with this 'driven' agency beyond someone who clearly doesn't want to do it. Transferring calls is already too much trouble. Can you call me back another time?? It would seem wonderful to have Ooms as the selling party. Nice if potential buyers are treated in the same way. My advice, look elsewhere.

We were well informed about the sales process, and they were also easily accessible if we had a question afterwards. Not everything is good. attention could sometimes be better.

It's been quite some time, but to this day we are still living with the financial consequences of the advised policies taken out through Ooms. In 2006, we, as two young and naive youngsters, took out a mortgage/life insurance policy via Ooms/ Aad Roozendaal. Thinking that the advisor sitting opposite you at the desk has your best interests at heart i.e. which product fills his pockets the most. One word.....Usury policy. Just now, through woekerpolisclaim (usury polic claim), it finally officially came out that we were saddled with a usury policy back then... That's why this old pain is surfacing and wants to share this experience. Hopefully, this will now lead to a small compensation as a very small plaster on this wound.

Rents houses for fishermen. Bizarre high rental prices, 0.0 service but 100% being ripped off. House rented for 1341 euros bare rent. Of which my back door could not be locked for 7 months. Door exposed to the weather. Naturally, all costs were charged to me.....

My experience with Ooms and mainly with Chantal van de Bij was not particularly professional. The communication was terrible. I had a commercial building in Dordrecht that I wanted to sell through Ooms. I got in contact with Chantal van de Bij who stated that she knows the area very well and could execute the sale properly. Chantal van de Bij came up with an advice price which, as far as I know, was very low. I already had the feeling that she wanted to quickly sell the commercial building for the commission she would receive for it. I then indicated that I think the price is on the low side and that I want to get more for it. She then adjusted this. After giving my agreement via email on the advice report, I assumed that she would start working on the sale of the commercial building. This was apparently not the case. I then tried to contact Chantal van de Bij several times, but unfortunately without success. I was also not called back. A few days later, I had enough and sent an email stating that I want to cancel the sale through Ooms and mainly through Chantal van de Bij. After my email, Chantal van de Bij could react. This is absolutely unprofessional and certainly not a party with which I would advise anyone to work together.

Bad experience. The receptionist's very unprofessional behavior, she cut the conversation off abruptly and kept saying what she couldn't do. As if she wanted to go home, while it was only 10:30! They want customers to go to the competition - fine by me.

The real estate agent, Salomé Schaap, skillfully and kindly helped us. The financial advisor, Mr. vd Heuvel, is a completely different story; where everything was possible during the initial introductory meeting, and we had enough time, much pressure was put on us afterwards to arrange the mortgage as quickly as possible, to arrange insurance, there were no phone calls regarding changes in his incomprehensible strategy for us, changed mortgage providers without any notification about it, after which, when we didn't understand that we received emails with all our PRIVATE data from this provider. Forgot to send the quote before signing. But still got us to sign! Assumptions were made that absolutely did not match in the offer, no inquiries were made with us. In short, because we no longer trust this man, we went to another advisor. It has temporarily nullified the pleasure of our purchase for an apartment yet to be built.

We were recently well assisted by Mr. Hans Kok of Ooms Makelaar and his colleagues. Our wishes and possibilities were listened to. Time was spent with us and questions answered. There are always some small things that could be different, so not 5 ***** but 4****. Still good, right?! Selling a (t)huis brings emotions to the surface. One is sensitive to criticism, needs advice and cooperation from staff. This is what we received. I would recommend Ooms Makelaars (and have already done so) to friends and acquaintances.
