Because she is the intermediary between you and the landlord, you would think that they should know what good communication is. Max is the most unpleasant person to talk to and gets nothing done. Absolutely a terrible experience. Reaction: I know that you don't solve technical problems, but I expected that you would keep me informed about your communication with the landlord and what steps are being taken.
