Friendly people and excellent explanation.

You'd think an experienced agency, everything well organized. I bought a house from the selling party Ooms. First of all, a lady who had nothing to say about the house, no warm welcome and didn’t bother to even read up on it. A nasty aftertaste! Eventually, we still purchased the house, then came the final inspection - the man was first late and then reacted quite rudely while it should be our beautiful day. Ultimately he did calm down, but that's more thanks to me. I would therefore not recommend this agency, its reputation is getting worse and worse in Spijkenisse!

Helped by Paul vd Herik for the financial picture, which he did wonderfully, and Davonne for the backup. This man is a true wizard and says what he does and does what he says. Top advice, top handling. And delivered as promised.

A fine realtor, enthusiastic, skilled, with an eye and attention for both buyers and sellers. Realistic, good communication, appointments are kept. Could not have gotten better for the sale!

Attempted to rent a commercial building through Het Huis van Jansen. When I called the first time, I was told that another candidate had an option on the property until the end of the month, and that I would be next, okay. Waited until the month was up, and a few days later called again to see if Het Huis van Jansen knew more. I was then informed that the relevant employee was not available, and that I would be called back the next day, which never happened. Not very nice, but it can happen. A week later, I called again (when the following month was already halfway over), and then another employee told me that no action had been taken on their part, and that the status was therefore unknown. She would call the various parties and let me know. No timeframe was mentioned, but in the meantime two weeks have passed, and I still need to be called back. I also indicated myself that a 'No' is also an answer. I found/have found it very annoying to be kept on hold for so long. Luckily, in the meantime I managed to find a space through another party.

We sold our House through house and Jansen and also bought another house through house of Jansen always treated neatly, and answered everything went perfectly.

Friendly on the phone when we expressed interest in a property they had for sale. After we bought another house with a different real estate agent and politely cancelled our appointment, the lady on the phone suddenly became much less friendly.

We had heard good stories about Jansen's house. We approached them when we wanted to sell our house. Eventually they came by, it wasn't easy to schedule an appointment. Walked around our house. Mrs. asked few questions, left no brochure behind, no conditions etc., and never heard back from them. Very unfortunate.
