We are satisfied with the sales brokerage of our house by Makelaardij Hameeteman. The real estate agent and his assistant took a lot off our hands and their commitment led to satisfied (sellers).

We bought a house from them instead of selling it, and even then it's a very nice realtor instead of arrogance like with many selling realtors.

You can expect more from a real estate agent. Mistakes are poorly rectified, not even with compensation.

We experienced the appraisal and initial consultation as excellent, the recommendation to present the property via a photographer with photos and a film was also experienced as very good. The follow-up, through a dedicated website, was excellent, as was the involvement of funda. Points for attention are the administrative involvement and follow-up towards us, correct information and proper handling, so to the point.

Ridiculous appraisal value. Appraisal value lower than a WOZ value. In the appraisal report it states that I have not submitted a signed purchase agreement. However, I immediately sent it by email. Houses are being compared with my new purchase, but they only have half the surface area.
