We are satisfied with the sales brokerage of our house by Makelaardij Hameeteman. The real estate agent and his assistant took a lot off our hands and their commitment led to satisfied (sellers).

We bought a house from them instead of selling it, and even then it's a very nice realtor instead of arrogance like with many selling realtors.

Good contact with Jaap and colleagues. Clear communication. House sold quickly. One point for improvement: At one point, the sale sign came loose due to the wind and it hit our window for a few days. This was reported by phone but as far as I know, no one was hurt.
