Very good, quick and pleasant assistance from the real estate agent! It was a bit tight in terms of time because we still had to go on vacation, but he took the time on his free morning to come by and get everything started in time. Good contact with Jaap and colleagues. Clear communication. House sold quickly. One point for improvement: At one point, the sale sign came loose due to the wind and it hit our window for a few days. This was reported by phone but as far as I know, no one was hurt.

We experienced the appraisal and initial consultation as excellent, the recommendation to present the property via a photographer with photos and a film was also experienced as very good. The follow-up, through a dedicated website, was excellent, as was the involvement of funda. Points for attention are the administrative involvement and follow-up towards us, correct information and proper handling, so to the point.

Ridiculous appraisal value. Appraisal value lower than a WOZ value. In the appraisal report it states that I have not submitted a signed purchase agreement. However, I immediately sent it by email. Houses are being compared with my new purchase, but they only have half the surface area.
