Ik heb een zeer slechte ervaring met VT Makelaars....

VT Makelaars kreeg de opdracht om mijn huis te verkopen, maar daar heb ik achteraf enorme spijt van gekregen. We hadden duidelijke afspraken gemaakt, waaronder betaling achteraf. Na een meningsverschil ontving ik echter plotseling een rekening met het verzoek om de helft vooruit te betalen. Toen ik daar niet mee akkoord ging, werd ik onder druk gezet om de vraagprijs te verlagen. Kort daarna werd mijn woning door VT Makelaars als “verkocht” aangemeld voor een absurde prijs, waarna deze informatie snel werd overgenomen door andere websites. Dit terwijl mijn huis op dat moment helemaal niet verkocht was – en nog steeds niet is, want ik ben nog altijd de eigenaar. Uiteindelijk heb ik een deel van de rekening, onder druk, alsnog betaald zoals oorspronkelijk afgesproken. Ondanks herhaald verzoek weigert VT Makelaars echter om de onjuiste verkoopmeldingen te laten verwijderen. Mijn ervaring is dat het maken van duidelijke afspraken met deze partij lastig is, zeker wanneer iets niet volgens hun eigen regels verloopt. Daarom adviseer ik om goed onderzoek te doen en eventueel voor een andere makelaar te kiezen voordat je met hen in zee gaat. Daarnaast heb ik sterke twijfels of zij over de juiste papieren beschikken om klachten via de officiële weg correct af te handelen.
