Excellent guidance. I've been able to experience 2 sales and 1 purchase with the gentlemen and am full of praise. No empty promises, but hard work to assist you in terms of sales and purchases and to do just a little more than the standard.

Unfortunately, we had contact with this realtor several times during the viewings. The only pleasantly professional interaction I can say was with Silvester. Beeuwke was just OK in terms of politeness. But Jan-Willem was terribly rude, stubborn and unprofessional. In this overheated housing market, we cannot avoid such realtors, but the tide will turn and that will happen too. If you read the bad reviews, you see a clear demographic trend. So be prepared if you ever have to deal with them.

The realtor who called to make an appointment was very rude. And unprofessional. The fact that I missed a previous appointment for personal and medical reasons does not mean they have the right to be rude. Besides the bad behavior, I also found them to be very poor listeners. The same agent was present during the viewing and was super rude the entire time. Given that they deal with clients daily for their work, they need to work on their people skills. I would certainly try to avoid her in the future.

As the seller of this apartment, for which the involved real estate agent acted, I can say that things are a bit different than what Mr. Vos presented here! This real estate agent properly protected my interests. And that was no superfluous luxury in this case.

Recently purchased something through this office, but never again! Broker acting superior, who exclusively accentuates contradictions between parties and thinks only of their own interest. Pricing totally not transparent with multiple bids, despite my full openness. Clauses were removed from the contract without further explanation in the hope that I wouldn't notice, and the low point was when the broker proceeded to remove photos on Funda after I politely asked if I could use them. Would rather buy a house through a used car dealer.

Very pleasant and expert real estate agency. What other agents failed to achieve, they did manage. Namely selling my house within a few weeks for a good price. That has everything to do with commitment and enthusiasm. Fine team consisting of Jan-Willem, Silvester and Beeuwke.

They were rude and unprofessional to talk to. They are too proud of themselves and have no idea how to deal with potential customers who could be clients in the future. I know that the housing market is on fire, but that doesn't mean you can tell people they will have trouble buying if they can't do viewings during the week. They don't know how difficult it is for people who work for companies to get time off, let alone twice a week off to view properties. I think they’ve forgotten the time when the real estate market crashed.
