Twenty years ago they were just starting out for themselves. One of the first projects was selling our 1930s house and buying a detached villa. A huge step for us but thanks in part to Patrick, a very good move. Now, approximately 20 years later, again partnering with Patrick to sell my parents' 1930s house. Patrick had delved into the details and history of the house which led to a quick sale and a nice return.

The reviews on Facebook are also quite accurate; from bizarrely poor communication, unanswered emails and particularly unpleasant contact to a realtor who only shows up or is heard when he can let you know that your bid has been accepted. Information on the company's own website and Funda does not match reality. Complaints are not addressed. No good word for this realtor. Well one then: colleague Rasch is better to do business with.

Buying a nice house in this overheated market seems almost impossible, unless you engage 'Dorenbos & Rasch Makelaars' from Hilversum. Together with Patrick, I entered the fight. He thought along with me, supported me with particular expertise and was very empathetic and decisive. The ladies in the office, including Emerence and Pauline, involved me in the process; a lot had to be arranged, but they helped me with great kindness and unwavering enthusiasm. I was able to acquire my dream apartment with two gardens, within crawling distance of the heathland, thanks to Dorenbos & Rasch Makelaars. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

Dorenbos promotes himself as an immobility agent in the international community, but he provides a very poor service. I wanted to rent out my apartment with his help, but he wanted to sell it because he would earn more money that way. I didn't want to sell and he sabotaged negotiations with a potential tenant by forgetting to contact the tenant. After the potential tenant disappeared without receiving information from Dorenbos, I dismissed him (Dorenbos) due to his harmful 'service', but he sent me an invoice! This man also has incredible audacity! This is what he does best: sending invoices because he does nothing or harms your interests! If you use his services, be prepared for poor work and large pointless invoices. But you are better off engaging another immobility agency in Hilversum.

I know Dorenbos Rasch real estate agents as a knowledgeable agency that thinks ahead. They understand the Gooi market and what is realistic and achievable. I can certainly recommend them.
