People please be careful with this broker, this broker only wants to earn from you but when hidden defects come into play they want and do nothing, they don't respond and if you then email they forward it to the seller who also doesn’t react, really inhumane. Now I am stuck with serious problems where they must help me according to the law but they don't even bother, they don't respond for weeks to my email with all the photos and story attached. Please be very careful.

This group of people makes you pay for everything without proper justification of the costs. Furthermore, very unprofessional and downright rude behavior regarding HOA matters. I will avoid this organization from now on.
