Our experience with this broker and the new construction project Hilversum City Living is unfortunately very disappointing. Since signing the original purchase and construction agreement in November 2024, we have experienced persistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. Important emails are often not answered, or much too late; promises are not kept, and there seems to be little to no control over the planning. Even now, months later, construction has still not started and there is no clarity as to when this will happen. In addition, we received no information about a possible new extension shortly before our contract extension expired. This confirmed for us the lack of involvement and professionalism. For those considering doing business with this party: make sure you stay well informed about all agreements and be aware of potential risks.

Unfortunately a bad experience, wanted to make an appointment for viewing, called Tuesday, would be called back by the owner, not called back, called Wednesday, not called back, called Thursday, not called back, called Friday with a complaint. It is probably too busy or they are too good. I would not offer my house for sale here.

Bad experience with that agency. We made an offer on a house, the offer was not accepted. Against the bid received from the respective seller, we agreed, but it turns out there is still another party behind who has made a better offer while we have already agreed to the counter-bid.😤.again ID real estate agents do not act professionally what your team does.

The information surrounding the process was also very pleasant, a relaxed and easy atmosphere. This stands out positively compared to other agents we have already met.
