We bought our first house through ID Makelaars and look back on it with an enormous good feeling. From the very first moment, we were fantastically guided by Olivier from A to Z. He really knew everything, arranged everything and no question was too much or too strange. We could call him 24/7 and always got a quick and clear answer, which gave us as starters an enormous amount of peace. Olivier thought with us, took everything out of our hands and made sure that we felt certainly and well informed during the entire process. A better real estate agent for our first house, we could not have wished for. We are also very grateful to him and wholeheartedly recommend ID Makelaars and especially Olivier!

Jeroen, the owner of this company, is not trustworthy. He does not keep any appointments, lies and is extremely arrogant. Save yourself the trouble and choose another real estate agent!

Our experience with this broker and the new construction project Hilversum City Living is unfortunately very disappointing. Since signing the original purchase and construction agreement in November 2024, we have experienced persistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. Important emails are often not answered, or much too late; promises are not kept, and there seems to be little to no control over the planning. Even now, months later, construction has still not started and there is no clarity as to when this will happen. In addition, we received no information about a possible new extension shortly before our contract extension expired. This confirmed for us the lack of involvement and professionalism. For those considering doing business with this party: make sure you stay well informed about all agreements and be aware of potential risks.

Bad experience with that agency. We made an offer on a house, the offer was not accepted. Against the bid received from the respective seller, we agreed, but it turns out there is still another party behind who has made a better offer while we have already agreed to the counter-bid.😤.again ID real estate agents do not act professionally what your team does.

We are looking for a home in Hilversum and have visited several properties. Two of these viewings were with sales agents from ID Makelaars, and both times the contact was very pleasant. We were able to view the property on short notice, even weekends proved no problem. Pleasant agents who gave us the space to explore the homes at our leisure. The information surrounding the process was also very pleasant, a relaxed and easy atmosphere. This stands out positively compared to other agents we have already met. Unfortunately, we haven't found a suitable home yet but perhaps we will soon return to ID Makelaars. Thank you in advance for your time and energy!
