Useless company, nothing is in order. This is now the best example of cowboys in this industry. No good word for that. Glad we have moved management to a BVVB certified manager. Not worth a star.

This VvE manager does not follow up on appointments and makes an administrative mess of it. I would not recommend this manager.

Rather not give any stars. Very poor service/administration. Incorrect final bill including water levels during temporary rental of a far too expensive apartment in very bad condition. Called many times, the correct person who would deal with it is never present. Never called back. Scandalous!!!

The service is outright bad. I've been trying for months to receive a key that has never been delivered, without any success. They are unreachable by e-mail and only reachable by phone for half a day. The promises that the key copy is on its way are not being followed through. I will discuss this with the VVE and urgently look for another party.

The worst choice ever. A lot of promises, but keeping them is a maybe. When our account manager, now owner Philip, came by he wrote down all our complaints about his predecessor and director Constans (now account manager at Remans property management) on the spot. At the next meeting it turned out he had lost all the papers and nothing had been done. Also current manager Chantal promised a lot of things she didn't follow through on. As the final straw they are only reachable by phone in the mornings (and that's not even listed on their website) and via e-mail you just have to wait and see if you get an answer. In short, if you want someone who keeps their promises then you must stay far away from JSR. After a painstakingly created annual report which we still had credit with them, some changes needed to be made as well. Here too JSR clearly had no interest because after multiple promises and requests for callbacks and e-mails, it stayed ice cold. In the end our new manager Holland Huis, which we have been very satisfied with so far, made the changes. We are extremely, extremely happy that we're finally free of JSR.

I am generally not quick to write a negative review, but my experience with JSR Vastgoedmanagement leaves me no other choice. The communication and service of this company have been particularly substandard. I have contacted several different employees on multiple occasions, including Nina, Mrs. Martens, and Mr. Kuurman. Unfortunately, the quality of their service has been consistently disappointing. There were repeated instances in which appointments were not kept and promises were broken. This is unacceptable for an organization responsible for managing a Vereniging van Eigenaren (VVE). Important aspects such as the preparation of a Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP) and sending out meeting documents were neglected. This has led to a lot of confusion and frustration among the members of our VVE. However, the most frustrating was the complete absence of JSR Vastgoedmanagement at a crucial meeting, without any explanation or apology. It is incomprehensible how a VVE manager can be so disrespectful to his clients. The situation reached its peak when JSR Vastgoedmanagement did not even bother to respond to our registered letter, despite the fact that we had engaged a lawyer to address the situation. This shows how much this company neglects its responsibilities. My advice to others considering using the services of JSR Vastgoedmanagement is to be cautious. Our experience is that this company does not keep its promises and that the customer service is significantly lacking. A VVE manager must be reliable and responsible, and based on our experiences, I cannot say that JSR Vastgoedmanagement meets these criteria.

I've been waiting for months for responses to emails. Also, nothing from VvE-plans is arriving, and maintenance is urgently needed. As a final blow, after a fire - caused by an extremely controversial upstairs neighbor - they have completely messed up everything during the recovery. It took months before the work started and the most severely affected residents were poorly assisted. An official handover must now, years later, still take place and actually there are still works to be done. The controversial upstairs neighbor however got everything, often quickly and (too) much. Meanwhile many other residents are suffering from psychological damage and a lot of grief. This club does nothing to help you. Be warned!

Everything I read here is recognizable. No bad communication, no delayed maintenance that's being blamed on the tenants, no mediation between tenant and landlord. Actually, totally no property management as the name might suggest. Only 'the rental contract' seems interesting for them. Scandalous party.

We are, as a VvE, very poorly spoken of JSR Property Management. They carry out poor administration, they lie and tell half-truths, if they communicate at all. We do not get any reply to our emails and registered letters. And that is the reason why we have changed property manager, and since then it has been completely quiet from their side. They only tell us that they keep us to the 3 MONTHS notice period. Payments are no longer made, and now there are collection attempts because JSR has not paid. As a result, we also have to pay collection costs. On our email that we demand they pay these collection costs, you simply get no reply, but JSR still deducts the management fee from our VvE account, while they do nothing more for us. Despite the fact that we had filled in forms that we as board were registered with the KvK, this did not happen. JSR was registered as the manager, which again delayed the takeover. We have switched to VT2000, who do their job excellently, but due to the bad administration of JSR they have had a lot more work. Everything had to be checked. VT2000 had to make urgent emails and phone calls to be able to carry out the takeover. JSR Property Management is a scandalous organization and we specifically mention Mr. Kuurman, director, and Mrs. Chantal Martens, our contact person at JSR. Our advice: do not get involved with them. If your VvE is still with JSR and you wish to switch property managers, warn the contractors etc. in advance that you are switching over and that they should send invoices to the new manager. Because JSR will simply no longer make payments, resulting in your VvE also having to pay collection costs. One star is actually still too much!
