First of all, Jan Willem is a very skilled broker. He knows a lot about the technical condition of a building. What I really like about Jan Willem is that he is very enthusiastic. And not one of those bored brokers. Communication lines are also short when you have questions.
Friendly and clear communicator. Open-minded during consultation. Personally tailored presentation of the house, with consideration for both the seller and the intended buyers. Quick responses, often also in the evenings and on weekends. A good team and very talented photography. In short, a highly recommended real estate agent.

Definitely not recommended for sale. You would think they'd be very happy with you in this tight market. Not JanWillem. Not transparent and also, like the previous review, an unpleasant experience. Discovering that incorrect information is being provided for unclear reasons in various areas...angry interested parties who approached us personally about how they were treated by the real estate agent. We ourselves weren't treated kindly either. That shouldn't and can't be the intention. Viewings done ourselves, and ultimately, out of pragmatism due to a lack of transparency, we also did the negotiation ourselves and closed it with the buying party. This real estate agent promises the moon until you sign the brokerage contract...but then doesn’t keep his promise. Also this reaction here from the company..afterthought.....had 6 months time and now annoyed with a review. You should be glad I didn't go to Nvm.
Today I had a very unpleasant experience with this realtor. Simply treated rudely by someone named Willen Jan or Jan Willem. So if you want to sell your home, I wouldn't do it through this realtor.
