Unfortunately, very disappointing experiences with this broker. Rather rude and unprofessional, to put it mildly, this broker will have the greatest difficulty negotiating a good price, that's my experience.

Unprofessional handling of potential buyers, it becomes clear that every possible buyer is given the opportunity to view the property and make an offer, however in practice this does not work with this real estate agent. Because a day before the viewing, it turns out that the object has already been sold. The realtor hides behind the selling party stating that they have already agreed to an offer. The realtor does not adhere to the stated condition as presented.
