I find a buyer's agent really an enormous waste of money in this bidding time. There are enough parties who can help you with the contract. I also find it very disappointing that you can’t receive a flower or champagne or a card of congratulations for so much money. Unprofessional handling of potential buyers, it becomes clear that every possible buyer is given the opportunity to view the property and make an offer, however in practice this does not work with this real estate agent. Because a day before the viewing, it turns out that the object has already been sold. The realtor hides behind the selling party stating that they have already agreed to an offer. The realtor does not adhere to the stated condition as presented.
