When you visit one of the branches, you will be warmly received and customer experience and service are paramount.

I was only allowed to make an offer after a viewing. But they didn't want to show the property and therefore a viewing wasn't possible. This doesn't seem to be in the seller's favor.

We did a viewing with my father, we were the very first. Then went home and immediately offered the asking price. This was not done through the real estate agent themselves; I just had to send an email to info@... Since it was the first time I had bid on a house, I would have preferred to speak to someone on the phone. Afterwards, I received no confirmation and heard nothing for 5 days. Which I find quite strange. Especially since it's a lot of money, right? After I got tired of waiting, I just called myself. I was told that the real estate agent would call me back at a later time. I was called, the real estate agent didn't even remember my name or who I was and enthusiastically told me he had sold the house. I don't think it could be more impersonal.
