Because I needed a new appraisal with some urgency, given that previous appraisals by the NWWI had been rejected (carried out by other companies), I came into contact with Peter. I explained the situation and that I needed to have my property appraised urgently due to a divorce settlement, the least pleasant of appraisals. Other appraisal firms known to me declined the assignment because it would take quite some time or simply because they didn’t feel like doing it. Partly due to the time pressure I had and not being able to find an appraiser with whom I also felt comfortable, I was now at my wit's end. We, 4 Amsterdammers (2 families), have decided to leave the city as it is and move to the flatlands. After weeks of browsing Funda, we dared to take our first viewing… a beautiful old farmhouse in Zuidwolde.
