We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.
