Ik heb betaald om me op hun website aan te melden, zoals ze vragen. Ik solliciteer altijd direct nadat de appartementen online zijn geplaatst. Toch krijg ik steeds te horen dat er al te veel aanvragen zijn. Hoe kan dat?

I was heavily scammed by Damian. He would set up a housing association so that my apartment would be rented out to them. Unfortunately, the Housing Association turned out to be fake and during meetings he is either late or doesn't show up at all and never calls. As soon as he has the money, his behavior changes and he doesn't do anything for you anymore! Very rude and unprofessional!!!

I have now worked twice with Robin to find apartments, in 2013 and 2025, and both experiences were excellent. He responds quickly, is efficient, and knows the market clearly.

We had a very pleasant experience with this real estate agency. We rented our apartment in Utrecht and their mediation went as smoothly as you wish. Robin helped us with everything.

We have had an amazing experience with VGW from the beginning. The viewing was well organized and the communication went smoothly, we got quick responses and the portals for submitting the required documents were user-friendly and intuitive. We had some problems with signing the final contract, but this was due to the owner and is not VGW's fault. I would definitely recommend VGW to anyone considering working with them! Tyler

Dit is geen prettige groep om mee samen te werken. Het is onmogelijk om via hen een bezichtiging van een huis te regelen.

EDIT: Helaas beschuldigden ze ons ervan dingen in het appartement te hebben vernield om onze borg in te houden - wat niet waar was en wat ze later ook toegaven. Vervolgens hielden ze een flink bedrag van onze borg in voor schoonmaak, ondanks dat hun collega het appartement na ons vertrek als 'schoon' had afgevinkt. OPLICHTERS, NIET IN DIENST.

I recently moved to the Far East and am confident that they will (continue) to serve me and my tenants well.

If you are invited for a viewing, the communication is excellent. Also during the move. But after that, the communication completely changes. Unanswered e-mails and the refund of the deposit took more than 30 days. I only got my deposit back after I had engaged a lawyer. By the way, the 5-star reviews come from people who have just moved in. They ask you to leave a review in exchange for a discount at a restaurant.

Goede ervaring met het vastgoedbeheer! Uitstekende communicatie en goede portals voor het melden van reparaties en het bijhouden van de financiën. De professionaliteit en digitalisering maken de communicatie met de verhuurder soepel en gemakkelijk.

AVOID. The worst real estate agency I've ever used. They target expats who are desperately looking for housing. I rented a studio in Utrecht and that was a very stressful experience. …
