This company is really terrible. I rented an apartment from them for six months and every week there was yet another problem. From electricity problems in the building, neighbors without heating, construction work starting from the day we moved in, no internet while we were paying for it, misleading advertising, costs that we had to pay while we had nothing to do with them (a few neighbors made a mess in the alley and they demanded that all tenants paid for the cleanup), mold on the walls of a brand new building, deposit that was only returned after more than two months while the apartment had been delivered in better than new condition, up to a landlord who was outright rude. I advise everyone considering renting from this company to do everything possible to look for another rental agency. They exploit the housing situation and push you out as much as they can. I am a disaster when it comes to housing in the Netherlands.

I highly recommend this real estate agency. They helped us find an apartment in Eindhoven in less than a week. They are fast, professional and answer all your questions super quickly. I would definitely contact them again in the future.

A 100% success rate is completely misleading. You tell them your budget, then they come up with much more expensive options and force you to go along by being aggressive and taking advantage of the housing crisis. They also complain that your budget is too low. As if I'm going to pay them a commission for what they do. Stay far away, it's not worth your time to work with people who only think about their own interests and don't even listen to your simple question. P.S. Now they will offer to contact me and solve the problem, but they won't be able to find me in their 'database'.

Through auction, I bought my house and before the deed was signed and before deregistration with the Cadastre, B. van Heugten completely emptied the house by removing furniture, clothing, household items and all cherished personal belongings, including the urn of our deceased son. Litigating costs money!!! THEREFORE there is a police report with photos taken on December 29th by the neighbor, photos of the sea container and the people who were ordered to empty the still inhabited house. In short, possibility of civil and criminal prosecution but at the time there was no money, meanwhile everything has changed and bringing this inhumane occurrence to light is a vital need!!! Bernard van Heugten you have destroyed my life, not by saying I will help you move, get everything ready, but because you removed and destroyed all the lovely items of our deceased father-in-law of our deceased son Ralphje and everything from the girls... No baby photos anymore of ourselves or of the children of our now deceased ancestors. THIS means that you almost messed up someone who did not get to sell his house and was in a difficult situation, with all the misery there is nothing dear left for a person to find comfort in. We regret the day we agreed with your well-intentioned ways, helping, your understanding and kind words made us believe that even in that big bad world there were still nice sympathetic people around. You seemed like a man with a heart in the right place. Nothing proved less true 😥

Excellent reception when viewing a house for sale. However, important information was withheld regarding the correct size of the plot. Subsequently, no response to emails were received. Very unprofessional. The house has since been sold subject to contract. With proper information provided, we might have been able to make a better offer. Very bad from this real estate agent.
