via hem appartement gekocht, dus moest ons huis verkocht worden. Hij gaf goede begeleiding en uitleg.. Huis is een fijn huis dus was snel verkocht. In principe moet een huis zichzelf verkopen maar begeleiding op de markt is wel nodig. Die heeft hij op een prettige manier gegeven.

During the introductory meeting, the first viewing had already been scheduled. This was actually already a closed viewing, but thanks to Rieks' contacts, we were still allowed to visit. He went with us to the viewing, paid attention to make sure everything was in order, and gave us advice afterwards on making an offer. After a few phone calls and literally one day later, it was settled and we were able to get the first beautiful apartment for a great price! All in all, a committed, hands-on real estate agent!

A bad experience with these real estate agents. I advise you not to speak to them in any language other than Dutch, especially not with the middle-aged real estate agent, because she explicitly said: 'Do not speak English to me in my country.' Unfortunately, I live in the same neighborhood as them. With my two-year-old baby, we were walking on the street past the office of AB Makelaars. My baby and I were speaking softly. Because my baby likes to walk on the street, we walked past their door a few times. The real estate agent came out of the door nervously and said that the space was private, that she couldn't talk to her client because of us, and that we had to leave immediately. Because I answered in English, she said that I was not allowed to speak English to her in her country. After we had taken a few steps, she placed a loud plastic sign with the AB Makelaars logo on the road and said that we were not allowed to pass. For international people who are planning to contact AB Makelaars: be aware of what they really think of you, even if they smile at you kindly.
