Around the sale of our house, things were handled expertly and we were kept neatly informed. The advice was tailored and expectations were clearly discussed in advance.

Barely reachable. After calling 7 times, still not being called back. Not responding to emails. Ignoring callback requests. Providing incorrect information and then wanting to put the blame on you anyway. Even after 6 weeks, still unwilling to transfer the deposit, even after a letter of default. In short: no arrangements can be made with them. I would never do business with this party again.

Last Friday an appointment was made for a viewing via Clavem with the promise of sending a confirmation email. Having not received this today (Monday), I called out of interest to see if it had been noted, and I was told that the house in question had already been sold. Very unprofessional to sell a house with open viewings and not inform viewers. A day off taken for nothing, worthless.

Very bad first introduction had with Peter van de Biggelaar, a man I would never entrust my house to, simply because this man says things that are absolutely not true and is just not fair to his fellow human beings!

My house was sold after which the buyers had an appraisal carried out during the reconsideration period that was 20,000 euros below the sale price. They undervalued my house, causing the purchase to be dissolved by the buyers. Very poor knowledge of the real estate market in Goirle and surrounding areas; I will also never recommend this company.

I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. They don't deliver on what they say.
