The advertisement was posted 9 days ago and the house was still available. Therefore I called for a viewing, but unfortunately the agent's schedule was already full. This week the viewings took place and next Friday was the deadline to make an offer. It is Tuesday today. If as a real estate agent you cannot spare 15 minutes for an extra potential buyer, then I already know now that I would not let my own house be sold by this agent. After all, you don't know if I might make the highest offer — and thereby, in my opinion, you are shortchanging your client (the seller). They were friendly on the phone, which is why I still gave 2 stars.
