Sells nicely with hidden flaws and then figure it out yourself, buyer. Yeah yeah, he sells for the seller of course, you can't make both parties happy, but more honesty from the selling party would have been nicer.

Good morning, you have indeed contacted me because you encountered a problem in the property. I then contacted the sellers and informed you that they were not aware of the problem. They acquired the property as an inheritance and have not recently lived in the property themselves. This is also clearly stated in the purchase agreement. As you indicate, I work for the seller and therefore I cannot advise you further.

Viewing appointment only with a bid exceeding €100,000. Broker arrogance to the extreme. I wanted to schedule a viewing for a property in Diessen with an asking price of €775,000. Marco indicated that this could only happen when we intended to bid at least €100,000 above the asking price. I know it's madness in the market, but then set the asking price directly at €875,000. A little respect towards the buyer is something this broker should definitely show.

I stated that, at the request of and in consultation with the sellers, only additional viewings could be scheduled if they met the above conditions. You said you would discuss this and get back to me. Your negative review also comes as a surprise. I understand your reasoning, of course, it is certainly not arrogance or unwillingness on my part. I hope that you will revise your review and I am open to an explanation and/or discussion.
