The apartment was rented out immediately. We also tried it ourselves via other platforms, but honestly, that was a waste of time. We will definitely use this company again.

Date unknownI rented out my apartment through huizenbalie. I was well helped and my questions were answered very quickly. I also received the requests for viewings directly via my email. Can really recommend huizenbalie if you want to rent out your home yourself. Update: A little over a year later, I placed another advertisement through huizenbalie. Now interested parties have to fill in a questionnaire with a motivation beforehand, which results in more serious reactions. Again, many responses in a short time. Huib is handling it well again just like last time.

14 Aug 2023Very bad service, this morning my friend had an appointment for a viewing in Den Helder. He had to come from Hellevoetsluis, so he drove almost 2 hours. Upon arrival at the agreed time, no one was present. Repeatedly tried to call, only an answering machine that addresses you, now I understand why there is no voicemail. Ultimately, no one showed up and it cost him a lot of time and expensive fuel. Very customer unfriendly!!!!

14 Aug 2023The absolute best way to rent out your house via Funda/Pararius. My house was posted within 1 day, +150 responses within 24h. Handling it myself, but this saves me 1000+ Euro , especially compared to (expat) real estate agencies, which ask for 1 month's rent for this (?!). Contact person very friendly on the phone. Conclusion: the future of property rental in a company

14 Aug 2023The Huizenbalie is a bad party for potential renters. You are connected to an automated message. They ask if you send an email. Then you hear nothing more. The telephone service also tries to fob you off with an email. Very poorly organized!

14 Aug 2023Warning! Extremely bad company! - Do you call the central number for interest in a property? You are referred to an email address and the connection is disconnected. Telephone consultation is impossible. - Do you call the number of one of their branches (in my case Groningen)? You get a message that the phone number is not in service. - Once responded via email to a property? You initially receive an automatic 'Postmaster' email as if the email address is undeliverable. Then you get a person whose first and last name are listed in the note of the email. - In a rental process, you can have many questions as a candidate. These will not be answered. Not even by email. The contact person only wants you to respond to his/her questions and not the other way around. - Finally: the viewing itself. You get a nice property to view. Good housing stock. Only the process: no hand is shaken, there is no interest in getting to know you, you are questioned about why you want to move (even though you have already mentioned this via email) and what you earn. You can give answers, but because listening is selective, what you actually say is not processed. - Ask for a video viewing. This prevents you from having to drive a long way only to hear during the viewing that there are 10 other candidates and you shouldn't get your hopes up... - The worst thing of all: the attitude. Mrs. Geraldien Miedema couldn't resist saying that they 'granted' the property to someone else. It might also be 'rented' to someone else, Mrs. Miedema. In short: 1 star for the property itself. No stars for the service.

Date unknownThe worst realtor in all of the Netherlands. They arranged only one viewing and tried to sell my house for a far too low price. Despite stopping the collaboration due to their flawed and ineffective approach, I still had to pay all costs. They delivered absolutely no results. A drama and blatant fraud. Absolutely not recommended! ⸻ You are brazen. Not only did you mislead me, but you also continue to argue. The realtor showed up late for the viewing of my house. In seven weeks, you were unable to arrange a second viewing – despite repeated requests.The photographer was supposed to promise a sunny fag, but that didn't happen. You have deceived us. The photographer came on a cloudy day, which resulted in unfavorable photos for us. You still have much to learn, as you have one year of experience. Show more respect for the customer. I am giving my opinion here, this is not a discussion forum.

Dear Mr. Marcin Jan, (last name known to us) Your review contains several factual inaccuracies and paints a strongly one-sided picture of the course of our collaboration. During our involvement, multiple viewings were organized, which resulted in four offers from three different candidates. You reached a verbal agreement with one of them, for which we prepared a draft purchase agreement. You ultimately chose not to sign it yourself. Subsequently, you decided to terminate the sales assignment prematurely. In accordance with the agreed terms, you received an invoice for two items: the withdrawal costs and an energy label requested by yourself. Date unknownAlso, our son had a bad experience with this real estate agent. Received a message via WhatsApp in the evening that the sellers had awarded him the apartment. Was congratulated by the realtor. With a date included for transfer. A purchase agreement would be made. The next day he received another real estate agent on the phone saying that there was another bid that was higher. This was after closing time for bids. They went to discuss with the sellers. He was supposed to receive a callback the same day. On Christmas Eve, he heard via WhatsApp that the offer from others had been accepted. So dirty. They are still working with their legal expenses insurance to find out if what is stated in the response is true. According to the law, verbal promises are legally binding. Now our son has received it in writing that he was the one whose bid was accepted. Let the judge decide.

Date unknownMost scandalous realtor ever. Being called in the morning to tell us we had the house for the bid we made. Bids were supposed to already be in. Being called in the evening that they actually received a higher bid and we could match it. Pure fraud. Watch out for the tricks of these scammers !!! (Following the owner's response) Today my wife called the realtor again to see if she could still make an offer, more than one and a half weeks after the bids were supposed to be in. She was still told nonchalantly that she could still place a bid. So watch out people, if you submit a bid through this realtor their “word” is worthless. They play you off each other and try to get higher bids from other parties until the last moment. They are also not affiliated with NVM. In short, be careful with these cowboys!

Date unknownSerge has taken care of both the sale of my old house and the purchase mediation of my new apartment for me. The contact with Serge was very pleasant in both processes. It is noticeable that Serge is a very experienced real estate agent. His advice is therefore well-supported by his knowledge and the market at that time. Especially when the market is uncertain, you don't know what to expect and you yourself have insufficient knowledge, this is very nice. Selling and buying a house is an uncertain time and it’s good to have someone who feels like a rock in the storm who gives you the feeling that everything will be alright. Serge's knowledge and experience has yielded me a nice profit in the purchase of my apartment and in the sale of my old home. Serge advised me well around the sales procedure and the selling price of my old house (supported by a market analysis), viewings of my old house, and the height of bids on new homes. In addition, he places the pros and cons of the different viewings next to each other, which made it easier for me to make a choice and make a suitable offer. Serge was also always on top of things and was easy and quickly accessible. When selling my house, I always felt that Serge was genuinely interested and enthusiastic about it. If you are selling a house where you have lived happily for years, it is good if you feel that the real estate agent is selling your house with genuine interest. Due to the way Hendriks markets a house, I had 15 viewings within a short time and my house was sold quickly. For everyone who is not familiar with buying a house, I would definitely recommend Serge / Hendriks as a purchasing broker. I have more than earned back my investment and am very happy with that choice afterwards. My thanks to Serge are therefore great, and this also applies to his colleague Mary Ann who has also supervised part of the viewings of my old home. Thank you both!

Their knowledge of the market was immediately apparent; I received expert advice on price and strategy, so I knew exactly what to expect. What I also found very pleasant is that they really took the time, thought along with me, and showed personal commitment. Thanks to their efforts, everything went smoothly and my house was sold quickly and well. A nice and reliable real estate agent who I can absolutely recommend to everyone.

Laurence was well prepared, very knowledgeable and always available for us when we had questions. All in all a very positive experience and it's of course great that the house was sold above the asking price. And we hope that the new residents will also enjoy living there.

Sometimes he even made himself available outside of working hours, even at 10:00 PM. He helped us with everything. The entire team at Hendriks is absolutely recommended.

During the viewing of our house, we were constantly kept updated on the developments. We received decent offers and, in consultation with the realtor, made the best choice for us. Between accepting the most suitable bid subject to financing and the clear final purchase, there was only a period of one week. That provides quick clarity and peace of mind for the selling party. In short Serge and Lars you have done good work.

The personal approach, expertise and market knowledge as well as the support throughout the sales process from start to finish (even up to the notary) where almost everything was taken out of our hands, resulted in a hugely positive experience in what is also a stressful sales process for sellers. And all this at a particularly fair rate structure. Truly recommended for anyone who wishes to sell their home in Tilburg and surrounding areas.
