Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller. We viewed a property before it was listed on Funda and even before it appeared on the real estate agent's website. We called immediately about the property. We were told we would receive a return call later that afternoon to schedule an appointment. When there was no answer the next day, we called ourselves. We were very rudely informed that there was no room for us and they didn’t want to make time for a viewing. If we want to view the property, we should just come along when someone else is already viewing it, or not at all. Customer service leaves much to be desired with this real estate agent.
