Avoid them at all costs! They use fraudulent methods when placing advertisements for houses for sale. For example, the photos are from 10 years ago and they include inaccurate and misleading information in the advertisement, with the sole aim of driving up the asking price. If you really want to buy a house from them, check every detail tripled.
